Much like Notion’s other products, the Mail app emphasizes flexibility, allowing you to build a personalized inbox with unique views, layouts, and tailored actions.

With Notion AI, this Mail app can do more than just organize. Notion AI will assist users in automatically sorting, archiving, or drafting emails based on a chosen prompt. The AI can even manage scheduling through integration with Notion’s Calendar app, as well as help craft quick, personalized responses using “one-click snippets.” Since acquiring Skiff—a secure email service—earlier this year, Notion has further strengthened its commitment to secure, user-centric communication tools.This Mail app, compatible with Google and Gmail accounts, will be available on both iPhone and Android devices, and users can currently sign up for the waitlist to preview these new features. In addition to the Mail app, Notion has rolled out a new Forms tool, similar to Google Forms, which allows for easy response collection. New options for customizing layouts and automation have also been added, including an update to notify people via Gmail, alongside an expanded marketplace where users can buy and sell Notion templates.
