B2B vehicle auction marketplace
LotBlok is a digital marketplace for automotive remarketing. They’re upstream from “usual” physical auctions, allowing companies both big and small to liquidate any unwanted automotive inventory via the LotBlok digital platform. LotBlok helps dealerships and manufacturers liquidate trade-in, lease return and aging front line ready units through a smooth, headache-free process.
How did we help them?
Problem
LotBlok’s platform, which Band of Coders built, reduces the cost (time and money spent) of transport to a physical auction site by, instead, allowing the seller to upload all vehicle information. The client simply scans their vehicle’s VIN, uploads the relevant data (photos, etc.), and posts it on the live platform. Now other dealers can bid on the vehicle online. LotBlok is a one-stop shop that handles each step of the process – from vehicle intake to delivery to the buyer.
Solution
Band of Coders created a mobile first marketplace solution for LotBlok, accessible through web and native Android and iOS apps. Band of Coders also built an administration system for Lotblok employees.
