Accelerating DEI Measurement with Data Architecture

Liderança Group had set out to build a software program that could measure DEI initiatives across four dimensions: people, process, power, and belonging. The vision was clear, but the product wasn't where it needed to be. At a critical point in their go-to-market journey, they needed a team that could step in fast and help them move forward.

Band of Coders came in to figure out what it would take to get the product to a point where it could be tested and taken to market. We worked through the application's execution and the reports it generated, reshaping both until the product matched the vision Liderança had for it. Through the partnership, Liderança leveled up their business intelligence and data collection modeling in ways they hadn't originally anticipated. What started as an urgent call for help grew into something much closer to an internal team, with both sides working as one toward the same goal.
