	Band of Coders has a unique process and global perspective when it comes to software development. While we interchange between three offices, there is a synergy that is hard to match. Some of our strengths are utilizing Agile methodology practices, effective and lean processes, strong management, focus on quality products, and highly valued long term relationships with our clients. As Band of Coders grows, the culture of our company stays true. We value each individual within our teams while valuing our customers by building long standing friendships across both mediums. We are not in the business of performing quick and short services for a one time client. We believe in growing alongside our clients as we service them over time.
